Automatically With the Apply Format Tags feature, the system can automatically add format tags to the document(s) documents of your choice with Apply Format Tags.

To automatically apply format tags for a document, follow these steps:
Access the project from the Projects menu.
Check the box next to the document(s) needing format tags.
From the Documents bar, scroll to the Actions menu.
Type and select Apply Format Tags.
Check to select the phases requiring format tags.
When you are ready, click Apply.
Format tags will be applied automatically to the
documents and phases of your choice.
