Use the Add Target option to add additional target translation languages for a specific document.

There is no limit to the number of languages that can be added to a document.

To add a new target to a document,

  • Log in as a project manager.
  • Click to open a Project from the dashboard

    follow these steps:

    1. Open a project from the Projects menu.

    2. Check the box next to the document(s) requiring new target languages.

    3. From the Documents bar, scroll to the Actions menu; type and select Add Target.

    4. Using the dual selection screen, select the desired target languages.

    (tick) Tip: Double click a single item to select it.
    (tick) Tip: Selected items appear on the right; unselected items appear on the left. 
    Click to highlight an item and then click an arrow to move it in the appropriate direction.
    (tick) Tip: To add many targets at once, hold down the CTRL key and then scroll and click to select each language. Then click the arrow button to select the documents.
     
  • Click Add Target to save your work.
  • When you click to open a document, the new target language(s) will appear below.

    1. Specify due dates for the targets

      1. Set one due date for all targets

      2. Specify due dates for each target

      3. Inherit the document's due date

        If the document due date does not exist or was set in the past, the targets will be added without due dates. 

    2. Open the Targets tab to view your new targets.
