Approving All Segments

A project manager can approve all segments within that are in the Review phase from in the Document list .
Open the desiredof the Project Management app.
The Approve All Segments feature
The Approve All Segments feature takes the most current translation it can find and saves it to your phase if the previous phase is complete. If the previous phase is not complete, you will only be able to approve segments that were completed in the previous phase unless that phase is complete. Unsaved translations or edits in your phase are saved by approving all actions.

Approve all segments on the Document page
To use Approve All Segments in Documents, follow these steps:
Open the applicable project from the Projects list, and then open the Documents page.
Select the checkboxes of your preferred document that are in the review phase.
From the Actions list in the Documents section, select the Approve All Segments option.
Select the Target(s) within the document(s) you wish to take this action on.
Select review phase.
Select whether or not you wish to apply the remaining format tags automatically. This is not recommended.
Select Approve All.
When the confirmation window appears, enter the following:
Targets - Enter the preferred target locales, if there are any.
Phases - Enter the applicable phase where the approved segments will proceed to.
Click Approve All.
