It is possible that the user may want to add Reference Materials to all or specific documents after a project has begun. RAY Enterprise has made that a simple process with Document Actions.

To upload reference material after the project’s start, follow these steps:

  1. Open the desired project from the Projects list. 

  2. Check the box next to the document needing Reference Materials.

  3. In the Actions menu; type and select Upload Reference Material

  4. Drag and drop or browse for files to add as Reference Material.  

    1. Give the files a description to help the linguists understand how to use them. 

    2. If any files need to be removed, select the red ex symbol next to the Description box.
