To translate cases,

  1. Log into Salesforce as an administrator.
  2. From the top menu, open the Cases tab (upper left) and click to open a case.



  3. From the open case, set the source language.
    1. Click Edit.
    2. Scroll down. Under Lingotek Under RAY Enterprise, go to the Language field and select the source language.
      (tick) Tip: The target language is determined by the configurations saved under Lingotek RAY Enterprise Settings. 



  4. Scroll down and Save.
  5. On the next screen, click Translate (button, far right). This requests a machine translation of the original content.



  6. Once complete, the translated content appears.
