Create a Lingotek Project (one2edit)

To begin, create a project in Lingotek. This project will handle translations for all of your one2edit content.

(info) When you create the new project, be sure to copy down its Lingotek UUID (shown below).

1)    Log into Lingotek (https://myaccount.lingotek.com/).

2)    From the Dashboard, click New Project

3)    Type in a Project Name and scroll to select the Workflow to use for the new project.

4)    Scroll down to the Add resources to aid in translation heading.

5)    Click each tab (TM Vaults, Glossaries, and MT Engines) and then check to select which resources you’d like linguists to be able to access from the Workbench.

(info) Note: The project will “read” from these selected resources. If you would like the project to add TM to a specific TM vault, see Adding a Save to vault.

6)    Copy down the Project UUID (you will use this later). To find the Project UUID, go to the project’s Settings tab.

7)    When you are ready, click Save

(warning) Important: Do not add non-one2edit content translation jobs to this project.
For publication purposes, it is very important to dedicate this project exclusively to one2edit.

(tick) Tip: If you wish to use multiple projects to organize your one2edit translations, please send an email to support@lingotek.com.
