We are pleased to announce that version 13.10.0 of the Lingotek Translation Management System was released today.
Project Management
Application NameChange
We have changed the name of the 'TMS' app to 'Project Management'. It now appears in the app bar as 'Project' instead of 'TMS'. This is a name change only. Everything else remains the same.
Process Queue
The process queue now correctly shows in the Tools menu for Linguists.
Glossary
When managing glossaries in the Project Management app, the UI now correctly switches between glossaries when navigating.
Workbench
Glossary Hits
Terminology Hits in the Workbench now show the full locale (e.g. es-MX) for matching terms.
API
When the Target Callback was being fired, the "complete" status was occasionally being incorrectly set to "false" in the callback payload. We've resolved the issue and the payload for the Target Callback now correctly sets "complete" to "true".
The response for the GET /document/{id}/status API call has been updated to include: upload_date, completed_date, and due_date for the given document.
The API response for GET /document/{id}/translation has been updated to include: start_date, complete_date, and due_date for both the Targets and Phases for the given document. It also now includes the type of assignment (e.g. team_assignee), as well as the assignee name and id for phases.
Multi-Vendor Bidding
We are happy to announce that we have added Multi-Vendor Bidding to the Vendor Application. The enterprise documentation for this new app can be found here and the vendor documentation is found /wiki/spaces/PDOC/pages/442302531.
Clients who use this app will easily be able to:
Create different Vendor groups.
Request bids on multiple documents.
Compare bids from different Vendors.
Select the best bid and which automatically assigns a project manager to those documents.
Vendors will be able to:
Review requested bids.
Make offers until the Bid Deadline.
Intelligence
The Total Word Count Breakdown chart now accurately shows total word counts, rather than the sum of project averages.
All data points in the Average Workbench TM Match Percentage chart are now visually represented correctly.
We've resolved an issue where certain data points in the Performance reports were showing as "NaN".
