This feature enables you to be able to translate your files in RAY Enterprise but have them billed in LanguageCloud.
To enable this feature, perform the following:
From your Projects page, select a Project and then navigate to Project Workflow 🡪 Leverage TM.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and then make sure that the following rule is added under the Rules section.
Navigate to Community 🡪 Customization to open the Community Customization page.
Copy the API5 Community UUID under the Community IDs section on the Community Customization page.
Go to your CRM Admin Dashboard, and then navigate to your Group.
Note: Make sure you have your group created in CRM for your community in RAY Enterprise.
Scroll down to the bottom of your CRM Groups/Companies page, and then enter/paste the API5 Community UUID into the Community/Organization ID field.
Navigate to Settings 🡪 Pricing, and then make sure that you have entered your custom pricing and rates.
Navigate to Settings 🡪 API Options 🡪 Grouping/Quoting, and then make sure that the API Auto Quote selection field is set to Yes to enable automatic quoting.
Go to the Members tab, and then make sure that Kristen Heyd is added as a member of your group to enable the API to work properly.
Return to your RAY Enterprise Projects page, then click on your billing project.
Click on the document that you want to quote from your project.
The Document Summary page displays. This page allows you to see which phase of the translation process the document is currently in. In this example, the document has completed the Leverage TM phase.
Note: Once the document goes through the Leverage TM phase, the file analysis goes through LanguageCloud.
Go to your CRM Admin Dashboard, navigate to your group, and then click on the Projects tab.
From the Projects tab, you will be able to see the quote generated for the document.
Note: Click on the document’s TJ Number to view the job in the Job Portal and get more information about the quote.
