If you prefer, the Translate, Review, Custom, and Completion phases can be left at their default settings.

Adding Workflow Rules

Optionally, you can make each phase more robust by adding custom Rules(For example, a rule can be created to notify project managers when a project is complete).

To add a rule to a workflow phase,

  1. Open a workflow. (Select Templates in the side bar, click Workflow Templates and select the desired workflow).

  2. Click on the phase you would like to configure.

  3. To add a rule, scroll down to the Rules section and click the + Add Rule icon.

  4. Using the dropdown menus, create as many rules as you wish.
     

    You can set multiple conditions for a single rule by using the + sign.


  5. Save your work.


When you are happy with your changes, save your workflow.
