We are pleased to announce that version 14.15.0 of the Lingotek Translation Management System was released today.

Task Management

The global Find and Replace tool has been updated to display tags in the results.
- Users can choose what level of detail is displayed about the tags; or hide the tags entirely.

When using the Replace function to bulk edit segment translations, the user is safeguarded from inadvertently removing existing tags from the selected segments.
- If any of the selected segment translations include tags, the user will be informed that using the Replace action will remove the tags in the selected segments.
Users can now edit individual segments in their search results. Tags will not be lost when making edits to individual segments.
- You can drag tags from the source segment and add them to the target segment and then adjust them as needed.
- You will be prevented from saving segments when tags are placed improperly, even if you are not displaying tags.
- When you have tags hidden and you make edits that remove tags, you will be warned and given the option to cancel your changes.
Minor changes have been made to the appearance of the Find and Replace tool to improve visibility and user experience.
