Overview

When you select a project, you will see a list of all that project’s documents. Here you are given a high-level view of your document’s progress.

  1. Add Documents – Quickly add documents to the project by selecting the add button.

  2. Document filter filters – Search by document name or UUID to find specific documents. Created by filter – You can choose to see all documents uploaded to this project or only the documents you uploaded, UUID, and who created the document.

  3. Refresh – Refresh the data in the document list.

  4. Project details – Select Project Details to get a more granular view of the project’s settings and metadata.

  5. Document actions – Document actions are disabled until you select one or more documents.

Document Table

  1. Selector – Click the check-box next to the document(s) you want to take action on.

  2. Name – The name of the document.

  3. Cost – The total cost for that document. If the system is not calculating costs and your organization uses the Vendor application, reach out to support@lingotek.com.

  4. Due Date – The document’s due date.

  5. Words – The source word count for the document

  6. WWC – The total weighted word count (WWC) in the document. The weighted word count can be higher than the source word count since it is the sum of the weighted words of each target.

  7. Status – The document’s current status. The progress bar’s color also reflects the document status.

  8. Progress – The progress percentage for the document.

  9. Targets – We display a tile for each target language you requested a translationlanguage and locale your linguists are translating from the source document. The tile’s color reflects the target’s status.

  10. Quick actions – As you hover over the document row, you will see a few document actions.

Tip

Open a document

Click on the document’s row to view the targets in that project.
