You can download glossaries as a spreadsheet from the TMS. Glossaries can be imported or exported in the CSV, XLSX, and TBX formats. You can export terms in a single file.

To download a glossary as a spreadsheet,
Below the List of Entries heading, scroll to select the source and target language you wish to export and click the Download button.
, follow these steps:
Click the Project Resources option from the left pane, and select Glossaries.
On the Glossaries page, select the glossary you want to download.
Click the Entries tab, and then click Download Entries.

When the Download Glossary window opens, enter the following information:
Glossary File Type - Select the file type you want the glossary to be downloaded as. For
Term Locales - Select the applicable locale or language.
Delimiter - Select the applicable character that you want to mark the start and end of a word with. This option is available only if you select CSV from the Glossary File Type list.
6. Click Download.
A message will display notifying you that the glossary
has beenis sent to the Process Queue. Click the link to navigate to the Process Queue to finish downloading your
Glossary. (Tip: You mayglossary.
Click PROCESSES in the upper-right corner to see all the ongoing processess in the TMS and then click the download option to save the glossary. You can also access the Process Queue from
the Tools menu in the left pane of the page

7. Click the Download link
