To You can download a glossary glossaries as a spreadsheet from the TMS. Glossaries can be imported or exported in the CSV, XLSX, and TBX formats. You can export terms in a single file.

all related terms are uploaded in a single row. Uploads and downloads of terms with concept and term metadata is also allowed.

To download a glossary, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Project Resources 

menu

  1. left pane, and select Glossaries.

Choose an entry language and select download.

  1. On the Glossaries page, select the glossary you want to download.

  2. Click the Entries tab, and then click Download Entries

    When the Download Glossary window opens, enter the following information:

    • Glossary File Type - Select the file type you want

  • The concept UUID - you can keep this file, make edits, and then reupload and your changes will be reflected in the TMS.

  • All concept attributes, including the concept definition.

  • The term UUID - you can keep this file, make edits, and then reupload and your changes will be reflected in the TMS.

  • The term locale

  • The term itself

  • All term attributes
