Here are the menu options available to a Community Administrator:

They can create community members and manage administrative settings.

Note that the Project menu is not available to a Community Admin. A Community Admin cannot create or access workflows, projects, or language resources. If a Community Admin needs options available on the Project menu, they must be granted both roles (PM and Community Admin).

Since all roles have linguist capabilities, a Community Admin will also see the two tabs that linguists see: Tasks (their assigned tasks) and Tools (/wiki/spaces/DDOC/pages/23069980 - available for just their assigned documents).as well as all menus available to community members and project managers.
