Team Permissions
Teams make it easier to grant permissions to large groups of people. If you need to share a glossary, TM vault, or other resource with many individuals, consider creating a team. Once a team is created, you can grant permissions in bulk rather than individually.

Access the language resource you would like to share from Project Resources. (This could include Glossaries, TM Vaults, Workflows, etc).Click to open the Glossary, TM Vault, Workflow, etc.

Overview
Lingotek offers a feature that allows you to divide community members into separate teams. This allows you to assign tasks and share resources to entire teams instead of individuals one at a time.
Open the team menu by selecting Project Resources > Teams to create and manage teams.
