Team Permissions

Teams make it easier to grant permissions to large groups of people. If you need to share a glossary, TM vault, or other resources with many individuals, consider creating a team. Once a team is created, you can grant permissions in bulk rather than individually.

How do I grant permissions to a team?

To grant permissions to a team,

  1. Access the language resource you would like to share from Project Resources. (This could include Glossaries, TM Vaults, Workflows, etc).

  2. Click to open the Glossary, TM Vault, Workflow, etc.

  3. Choose the Settings tab (upper right).

  4. Click the field under Shared Users.

  5. Type the name of the team (or scroll to select it).

  6. Your changes are saved automatically.
