Project Managers may both edit and search for existing Translation Memory within any vaults they have created.

Search TM Vaults

To search existing Translation Memory,

    1. Go to the Projects menu at the top of the page and select TM Vaults.

    2. Click to select the TM Vault you would like to search or edit.

    3. At the upper right of the page, select the Actions menu and choose Edit.

    4. This will open to a search screen with your TM Vault pre-selected.

  • Under Source Text, type the text you would like to search for within your TM Vault(s).
  • Scroll to select a Source Language and Target Language for your search.
  • Optionally, select a Date Range.

    5. Click Search.

    6. Scroll down to view your search results.

Edit TM Vaults

1. From your search results, click on the source text of the entry you would like to edit.

    2. In the editing box, type your changes and click Save.

    3. Click on the target text of the entry you would like to edit.

    4. Make any changes and click Save.

 Tip: Click and drag the bottom right corner on the editing field to expand/contract the size of the the field. 

    5. For more information about the TM (its originating document, project, vault, etc.), click the Details link.

 Tip: If you need to delete an entire segment from translation memory, go to the search results, click the box next to the TM Unit, and then click Delete at the top of the TM list.

    


 Tip: Quickly select all segments at once with the check box at the top of the list.
