Overview

When you select a project, you will see a list of all that project’s documents. Here you are given a high-level view of your document’s progress.

  1. Document filter – Search by document name or UUID to find specific documents.

  2. Created by filter – You can choose to see all documents uploaded to this project, or only the document that you created.

  3. Project details – Select Project Details to get a more granular view of the project’s settings and metadata.

  4. Document actions – Document actions are disabled until you select one or more documents.

Document Table

  1. Selector – Click the check-box next to the document(s) that you want to take action on.

  2. Name – The name of the document.

  3. Cost – The total cost for that document. If your costs are not being calculated, reach out to support@lingotek.com.

  4. Due Date – The document due date.

  5. Words – The source word count for the document

  6. WWC – The weighted word count for that document. This can be a larger number than the source word count, since it is the sum of the weighted word count of each target.

  7. Status – The document status. The document status is also reflected by the progress bar’s color.

  8. Progress – The progress percentage for the document.

  9. Targets – All the targets that have been requested for that document. Each tile is color-coded based on the target’s status.

  10. Quick actions – You will see a few options

Open a document

Click on the document’s row to view the targets in that project.
