Industry Shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts are available to help speed repetitive tasks.
This article lists shortcuts available in the Industry Shortcuts profile.
These shortcuts are available for both Windows and Mac.
Windows Shortcuts
With the Industry Shortcuts profile selected, the following shortcuts will be available in the drop down menus if you are using Windows.

Preview Translation | Alt+P | Open document in the In-Context Workbench |
Download | Ctrl+Shift+D | Open Document menu; select download options |
EDIT | ||
Undo | Ctrl+Z | Undo latest action |
Redo | Ctrl+Y | Redo latest action |
Open Find/Replace | Alt+Shift+F | Open the Workbench Find/Replace tool |
Save Segment | Ctrl+S | Save & navigate to next segment |
Add Note | Alt+N | Add a note to the current translation |
Apply Format Tag | Alt+Shift+Insert | Apply format tags in the order they appear (to the currently highlighted text) |
Remove Format Tag | Alt+Shift+Del | Remove the highlighted format tag (within the current segment) |
Insert a Symbol | Ctrl+Insert | Open the options in the widget icon |
Unlock Segment | Ctrl+L | When allowed by the PM, allows the linguist to unlock the current segment |
Copy Source to Target | Alt+Shift+C | Paste source into the current translation |

Context Viewer | Alt+X | Display the Context Viewer |
Sidebar | Alt+B | Display the Sidebar |

Paste TM Hit | Ctrl + (1–9) | Paste selected TM hit into Current Translation field |

Paste MT Hit | Ctrl + Shift + (1–9) | Paste selected MT hit into Current Translation field |
| Concordance Search | Ctrl+Shift+F3 | Perform a concordance search on the highlighted text. (Feature available on Source text only) |
Search Glossary | Ctrl+G | Open the glossary search box |
Add Glossary Entry | Ctrl+F2 | Add a term to the glossary |
Check Spelling & Grammar | Alt+Shift+F7 | Run a QA check on the current segment |
Check Spelling & Grammar When Saving | Ctrl+Shift+F7 | Run QA on each segment when saving |
Mac Shortcuts
