Now Salesforce users can machine translate and prioritize international customer communications. Regardless of the original language, sales personnel can evaluate Leads, Cases and Case Comments and forward them to the appropriate team member.

  • Qualify leads. International leads (captured from a corporate website) can be translated into the language of the personnel evaluating the item. Now Sales Development Reps can glean key information on each lead, qualifying and forwarding promising leads to the right personnel.

  • Evaluate customer concerns, collaborate on important cases. Customer concerns (cases) can be translated into the native language of any team member. As collaboration between international teams arises, internal comments can also be machine translated, allowing teams members to work together across the globe.
