Changing Settings (Marketo)
If you need to change your default settings – such as publication preferences, or which Lingotek project handles your translations – you can manage them from the gear icon, available on the app menu.
- Open Google Chrome and log into Marketo.
- Click to open the Lingotek + Marketo browser extension.
- Click the Menu icon (upper left).
- From left panel, select the Gear icon.
- Click the Marketo link.
- Scroll to select your new settings and Save your changes.
Explanation of each available setting
Download | Choose how to publish completed translations to your app |
Automatic | Choose Automatic to automatically publish completed translations to your app – as soon as they are finished. |
Manual | Choose Manual to require an administrator to go in and manually publish completed translations. (This allows for an extra review step, and allows all translations to be published in a single release, if desired). |
Project | Choose which Lingotek project will handle the translations originating from this app |
Workflow | Choose which Lingotek workflow should handle the translations for this app. Note: This should be the same workflow that is associated with the Lingotek Project. A workflow may include steps such as TM Leverage, MT, Professional Translation, Professional Review, etc. |
Connected | If for any reason you need to connect to a different Lingotek account, use the Disconnect option listed on this page. |
