1. What is Straker Enterprise Translate?

Straker Enterprise Translate is a custom Microsoft Teams command bot designed to streamline document translation tasks. It integrates with the Enterprise TMS, allowing users to manage translation workflows directly within Teams.

2. Do I need an Enterprise account to use the app?

Yes, to access all features of the app, including document uploading, downloading, and tracking translations, you need an active Enterprise account

3. How do I connect to my Enterprise TMS account?

Type connect and enter the access token to connect to your Enterprise account within the Teams app. You can also disconnect from the account when needed.

4. How can I access available commands and actions within the bot?

You can always ask the chatbot for help. Simply type help to get a list of available actions and commands. Alternatively, use the 'View Prompts' option for further guidance.

5. How can I update my community resources?

Use the update resources command to configure or change the project, workflow, or filter for uploading documents. This helps in managing your translation settings.

6. Where can I view my community resources?

Use the view resources command to view the default community resources, which were set after connecting to your Enterprise account. These resources are essential for managing translation tasks.

7. How do I upload a document for translation?

To upload a document, simply use the "Attach file" feature in Teams. Once uploaded, Straker's TMS will process the document for translation and send you a callback when the translation is completed.

8. How do I download my translated documents?

Once the translation is complete, you will receive a notification in Teams with a link to download the translated document.

9. How can I track the status of my uploaded documents?

Use the status of my documents command to track the current status of your uploaded documents. It will show whether your documents are in-progress, completed, or failed.

10. How can I cancel a translation in progress?

To cancel a document translation, go to the bulk document status view and click the cancel button next to the document you wish to stop. This will halt the translation for that document.

11. What should I do if my token has expired?

Use the update token command to refresh your access token. This will ensure uninterrupted service and continued access to the translation features.

12. How do I disconnect my Enterprise account from Microsoft Teams?

If you no longer wish to use the linked Enterprise account, you can disconnect it from Teams by using the disconnect command. This will unlink your Teams account from Straker’s Enterprise account.

13. What does the Home Tab in Straker Enterprise Translate do?

The Home Tab acts as the main dashboard for the Straker Enterprise Translate app. It provides an overview of the app and quick access to key operations. It will generate responses in the chat section of Teams based on your selected tasks.

14. What happens if I try to access the Home Tab without being connected to an Enterprise account?

When you are not connected to an Enterprise account, the Home Tab will display a prompt requesting you to connect your Teams account to an Enterprise account to access translation features.

15. What does the Home Tab look like when I'm connected to an Enterprise account?

When connected to an Enterprise account, the Home Tab will display your available resources and options for managing translation tasks. It will show a more customized interface suited to your connected account.
