Customize (one2edit)
After you set up the basic workflow, you can enhance it by adding more steps.
For example, if you want to send documents to a specific Lingotek project, or if you want documents to use a specific TM vault or workflow, you can configure it in the one2edit workflow.
To add extra steps to an existing workflow,
1) Go to the Workflow tab and click to open the workflow.
2) Under the Edit step, click Trigger Webservice.
In the new window, add the information for the Lingotek project, workflow, and/or vault you wish to use.
a) Click Add Parameter.
b) In the Name and Value field, type in the desired information as shown below.

workflow_id | {enter the Lingotek workflow UUID} (explanation will follow) |
vault_id | {enter the Lingotek vault UUID} (explanation will follow) |
When you are finished, click Save. This will store your changes to the workflow.
Where can I find Lingotek UUIDs?
To find a Lingotek UUID, log into Lingotek and open the resource (Project, Workflow, or Vault) you wish to use.
Then switch to the Settings tab. The UUID will appear in the Details section.
Copy and paste the appropriate UUID into the appropriate Value field.
Find a Project ID
1) From the menu at the top of the page, choose Projects > Projects and then click a link to open a project.
2) Switch to the Settings tab.
3) Then copy the Project UUID.
Find a Workflow ID
1) From the menu at the top of the page, choose Projects > Workflows (under Management) and then click a link to open a Workflow.
2) Click the Pencil icon (to place the workflow in edit mode).
3) Then switch to the Settings tab and copy the Workflow UUID.
Find a Vault ID
1) From the menu at the top of the page, choose Projects > TM Vaults (under Resources) and then click a link to open a vault.
2) Switch to the Settings tab.
3) Then copy the Vault UUID.
