We are pleased to announce that version 13.11.0 of the Lingotek Translation Management System was released today.
Project Management
Dynamic Callbacks
We have significantly enhanced the capabilities of Callback URLs on projects in the Project Management application, allowing multiple callbacks on a project and various ways to dynamically select the appropriate callback to send.
Project Settings
Users can specify multiple callbacks on single project, allowing multiple integrations to use the same project.
As Project Managers, if you are a Project Owner or a Shared User, you can create callbacks for your own organization OR for a vendor organization.
Guest Shared Users can only see callbacks created by their organization.
Workflow
Rule actions on workflow phases can now be set to send a callback by:
Project default callback (uses the callback set as the default for the project)
Dynamic callback (uses the ext. application id field on the document to determine the correct callback)
Specify callback (uses a specific callback)
Linguistic Quality Evaluation
Reports
With this release, we've resolved a number of data inconsistencies in the Quality Report and added several fields to the Targets tab of the report (e.g. Document Name and Document ID).
Our Quality Reports are now vendor aware. Linguists can only see documents and targets that they worked on, and Vendor PMs can only see documents and targets that their organization worked on.
We've updated the Quality Scoring and Quality Report to show 100% scores for documents that have a phase that allows quality feedback, but no feedback was provided (e.g. no quality issues).
LQE in the Workbench
The scoring details in the Quality Tab of the Workbench sidebar are now correctly displaying the full details about the quality score.
We've updated the user experience for the Time Tracking feature to continuously run across segments, showing the total time spent on the task.
Quality Programs
When editing an existing category in a Quality Program, the application now consistently saves the edits on the first attempt.
API
Integrators can now make the following calls to get the most recent Leverage Reports, allowing them to display TM leverage information in their 3rd party applications:
GET /document/{id}/leverage
GET /document/{id}/leverage/{locale}
We've added the ability to interact directly with a TM analysis on documents via API, from getting the Analysis Report to requesting a new TM Analysis. Integrators can now make the following API calls:
GET /document/{id}/analysis
POST /document/{id}/analysis
GET /document/{id}/analysis/{locale}
Vendor Management
Multi-Vendor Bidding
When a client is requesting a bid for a group of documents from the Project App, they can assign a priority to the bid (Low, Medium, High and None) so that Vendors will know how quickly they should respond to the bid request.
Cost and Invoice Reports
The Invoice Report list has a new "Option" column that indicates whether a report required all targets within a document to be completed or simply any completed targets within Documents.
We have set a date range limit for Cost and Invoice reports. Users can run reports for two months with the UI and API calls.
Amount Column
The "Amount" column on the Document tab will show N/A if a rate chart wasn't found from the Vendor application.
