Categories and Error Types

Categories

When the Reviewer is marking errors in the Workbench using the Quality Program, the Categories and Error Types created here will be the options the Reviewer has to classify errors. Categories and Error types selected in the Category section will auto-populate in the Scoring section. 

1. Give the new program a name and description.
   
   
2. Choose to create a program from scratch or based off an industry standard. 
   1. If you select industry standard, the categories and Error Types will populate automatically. It is still possible to modify Categories and Error Types based off an industry standard. 
      
      
3. To add Categories, select the  icon next to the Categories section title. 
   1. Name the Category by clicking the generic title and then editing. 
      
      
4. Drag and drop Error Types to the desired Category. 
   1. Edit the name of the Error Type by selecting the  icon. 
   2. Remove Error Types by selecting the  icon.
      
      
5. Quickly move Error Types from one Category to another by dragging to the new Category.
   
   
6. Proceed to Severities.
