to divide community members into separate teams. This allows you to assign tasks and share resources to entire teams instead of individuals one at a time.

to organize community members to manage assignments, quickly add community members to client communites, and share resources. 

Open the team menu by selecting Project Resources > Teams to create and manage teams.
