We are happy to announce the release of the newest version of the In-Context Workbench today, July 7, 2016.

Enhancements

• A progress bar now displays when
running
• linguists "Save All Segments."
   
• Linguists can easily add and remove line breaks
inside
• from within the
html itself

changes to the html will display
• line breaks are reflected in the
workbench

Segments pulled from the translation management system will now match all instances of that string on a webpage. Editing any one of these strings on the page will update all of those matching strings on the page
• Repetitions are now correctly identified on each page.

Fixes

• We fixed an issue where the
string
• word ‘undefined’ was appearing in place of translations.

• We improved the
process of injecting segments into the html, implementing better string matching and
• segment mapping algorithm by giving priority to
matching on full words (if available)

injection issues that were occurring due to extra white space. We also recommend using
• segment mapping issues related to improperly encoded control characters. Additionally, we've added a notification advising users how to change their browser settings to use UTF-8 encoding
for optimal rendering
